Together with Voss+Fischer, PSG and TLD, NUSSLI has implemented the Innovation Hub of building materials producer Holcim. The new showroom at the headquarters in Lyon supports Holcim in communicating its vision of progress and sustainability.

NUSSLI has transformed Munich into a huge sports stadium for nine European Championships. NUSSLI erected temporary and innovative event structures, grandstands and stages throughout the city, allowing the sport and the international mega-event to take place in a metropolitan, partly listed environment.

Category: Urbanes Flächenrecycling (urban land recycling)

The polis AWARD for urban and project development recognizes projects that contribute to the public good of a city beyond their own scope. As general contractor, NUSSLI realized the temporary concert hall and, on the same site, the other modular buildings for the Munich City Library, the Munich Adult Education Center, and the Munich University of Music and Performing Arts.

At 1400 metres above sea level, an unusual concert hall was built after a total construction period of around two years. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, it offers up to 650 seats and a stage for a 75-person orchestra. At the IAA Mobility in Munich, the car manufacturer presented the latest developments under the banner of its mobility vision in a tangible and inspiring way. AUDI chose the Open Space on Wittelsbach Square for their presentation. NUSSLI built the 2021 AUDI Brand World according to the concept and architectural plans, as well as under the overall construction management of Avantgarde.

Category: Architectural Design - Sustainable & Energy Saving

Year: 2021

The Austria Pavilion was distinguished several times at the Dubai Expo especially for its sustainability and energy efficiency. The interplay of local building tradition and intelligent air-conditioning technology from Austria makes it possible to largely dispense with conventional air-conditioning technology even in the hot desert climate. The energy demand could be reduced by more than 70 percent compared to similar buildings. The pavilion was constructed by NUSSLI following plans by the architects of Querkraft.
